The corporation is licensed by the State of New York, bonded, and insured for liability and error and omissions. The firm employs primarily retired detectives from New York police departments and does not subcontract work to other agencies. All employees are fingerprinted and screened in accordance with New York State law. Most of our work is related to insurance defense. We attend yearly seminars to keep abreast of current insurance fraud trends. The corporation has as clients, law firms, insurance companies, risk management companies, third-party administrators and corporate accounts. The majority of our work is centered in the New York metropolitan area; however, we have done work for many out of state insurance companies. References will be provided upon request.
